In the past couple of weeks the GAA Executive Committee have finalised plans for the next stage of development at our GAA Grounds and have submitted a planning application. This development will include construction of four new modern dressing rooms to the front of the complex, installation of a new expanded gym in the main complex and construction of a new toilet block. In announcing the plans, Chairman John Wardick complimented the work of the Development Sub-Committee under the guidance of John Purcell. This works compliments previous developments including the addition of a second field and the development of the Astro-Turf pitch and Ball Wall. When completed, our GAA Grounds will be the envy of many clubs' arounds the country as it caters for the Boys and Girls of the parish for many years to come.

Subject to obtaining planning, we are hoping to start the development before Halloween and all going well the development will be ready completed next spring. Please keep an eye out on the weekly newsletter for updates on the development.
