We are delighted to announce that the Boherlahan Dualla Healthy Club will be participating in "Ireland Lights Up" - the country's biggest community walking initiative. The initiative encourages GAA clubs to bring communities together to walk and talk in a safe environment during the dark winter evenings.

We are inviting all members of the community to join us in the GAA Grounds starting on next *Wednesday 11th January* *registration from 7:00pm and walk commencing at 7:30pm* and continuing for the next 6 weeks.

- Participation is entirely free of charge and suitable for all the family. Unfortunately pets (even on leads) are not allowed for health and safety reasons

- Every walker needs to register on a weekly basis for insurance purposes.

- Although the walk track has lighting we recommend wearing a high vis and carrying a small torch.

- Walking shoes with good grips are recommended.

We will have plenty of volunteers and a fantastic group of walking leaders present every night to ensure a safe and fun event for everyone. So if you fancy getting some exercise in after all the Christmas excess please join us on the 11th and get the New Year off to a healthy start

Weekly Lotto:

There was 1 winner of this weeks lotto jackpot €5,800, John Wardick Dualla. The winning numbers were 4-19-20-21. Congratulations John! Next weeks jackpot will be €5,000 and will take place Monday 9th January at 9pm on Facebook Live. Many thanks for your continued support.

Supporting the lotto each and every week means so much to our club and our community. From as little as €2 per week, our lotto covers the costs for the upkeep and maintenance of our pitches and facilities including the walkway. It is raising funds for our complex redevelopment as we seek to expand and modernise for our ever growing club and also help with the increasing costs of electricity bills.
