The U11 Boys were in Semple Stadium on Thursday for a Blitz, thanks to GDAs for organising 

 

The U13 G1 Team play JK Brackens today Saturday 17th at 5pm in the Mid Quarter Final.

 

U13 G4 team play Durlas Og in Holycross on Wednesday 21st August in the Mid Semi Final.

 

The U15 Boys are currently playing group matches and will play knockout in Mid September.

 

The U17 Boys defeated Moyne Templetuohy on Monday last in their final group game. They will now play Durlas Og  on Monday 19th August in the Mid Quarter Final at 6:30pm in Pairc na nÓg . 

 

We have a number of boys involved with County Development squads at the moment. We wish them well as the season culminates in the next few weeks. 

 

 

Our Premier Intermediate hurlers suffered a loss in round 2 of the County Championship on Sunday last vs a strong Thurles Sarsfields side. With 1 loss and 1 win , a very important round 3/ final group game next weekend will see them take on Newport on Saturday 24th August at 2pm in Cappawhite. 

 

 

Our U19 Footballers will play Loughmore Castleiney next Wednesday 21st August at 7:30pm in Castleiney. 

 

Our U19A  Hurlers had a great win on Wednesday night last vs Moycarkey Borris in the Mid Quarter final. They now progress onto the Semi Final, Fixture TBC.

 

 

Massive congratulations to our All Ireland champion Molly Gilmartin on the brilliant win with Tipperary Juniors on Sunday and well done to our super young flag bearer Pippa Graham.

 

Well done to Saoirse Maher, Nicole Tarrant, Mae Kennedy, Aoife O' Donnell & Grace Power who all had a very busy weekend taking part in the U14 All Ireland Blitz on Saturday & then they headed to Croke Park on Sunday to take part in the U14 Camogie Parade on All Ireland Day.

 

Well done to Leah Hickey & the Tipp U15s on winning the recent Connacht Blitz.

 

Well done to our minors who got their FBD Insurance Minor Championship off to a great start with a win over Silvermines. 

 

Well done to our U16s who started the U16 Championship very well with a win over Annacarty. 

 

Well done to this super U8 girls for showing off their skills at a blitz in Newport recently. Loads of fun was had during some great games of camogie.

 

 

The Dualla Show is nearly upon us again - Sunday 25th. Despite a huge loss in 2023, the Show recently gave over €100,000 towards completing the work on the community field to benefit everyone, in particular the GAA, Soccer and Athletics. 

We expect big crowds again this year and hopefully you can all give a few hours each to help with stewarding. Over 130 stewards are needed on the roads and in carparks to back up the 12 guards on duty and get everyone in and out safely and efficiently. Please contact Sean Moloughney directly with what time slot would suit you for the roster - 10-1 and 1-4 are the 2 busy time slots that we really need help.
